Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy explains how MenkorBio handles orders for research peptides, laboratory-use compounds, damaged shipments, incorrect deliveries, and limited support requests related to fulfilled purchases.
1. Policy Overview
All sales on MenkorBio are final once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and laboratory-use products, MenkorBio does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after an order has been fulfilled. These products are sold strictly for research purposes only and cannot be returned once they leave our controlled handling process.
2. Returns and Non-Returnable Items
MenkorBio does not accept routine returns for peptide products, research compounds, or laboratory-use materials.
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Research peptides or laboratory-use compounds after shipment
- Opened, altered, handled, used, or tampered products
- Products stored outside recommended handling or storage conditions after delivery
- Orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Requests based on change of mind, personal preference, or intended use
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping stages, cancellations, returns, or refund requests may not be approved.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with a faster review, please provide:
- Your order reference number
- Clear images of the package label
- Photos showing the condition of the outer and inner packaging
- Photos of the affected or incorrect product(s)
After review, MenkorBio may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or reshipment for verified damaged or incorrect orders. Refunds are not offered for peptide or research-use product purchases.
4. Lost Packages and Shipping Delays
If a shipment appears delayed, MenkorBio will review tracking details and carrier updates before taking further action.
In cases where a package is reasonably confirmed as lost by the carrier, MenkorBio may provide a reshipment at its sole discretion.
Delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping details, customs, high shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds.
5. Cancellations and Order Changes
Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted immediately after placing the order.
Orders that have not yet entered processing may be reviewed for possible changes. Once an order has been processed, packed, fulfilled, or dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Refund Timing
MenkorBio does not offer refunds for research peptide or laboratory-use product purchases once an order has been placed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
In the rare event that MenkorBio approves an exception before fulfillment, any approved refund timing may vary depending on the original payment method, payment provider, or financial institution.
7. How to Request Support
To submit a support request for a damaged, incorrect, or lost shipment, please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Relevant images, packaging photos, or tracking details
